Jose Mourinho Agrees to Take Man City Job

Spanish source El Mundo Deportivo have stated today that Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho will leave the Bernabeu and take over at the Etihad Stadium this summer.

Not only do they proclaim this to be a ‘done deal’ they also go as far as to state that the date for the switch will be June 30th, which is a very exact prediction.

Such a move would be something of a shock, not least as Roberto Mancini is of course still in place at Man City and shows no sign of being axed. However if the Italian fails to secure the Premier League this season then perhaps he will be sacked though such a move could be considered harsh even though the club’s owners have shelled out a huge sum assembling a squad that they may feel should be able to secure major honours.

Jose Mourinho has come under fire from some sections of the Real Madrid fanbase over his behaviour and indeed the Portuguese manager has also reportedly seen his relationship with club officials and players deteriorate in recent months, though such reports have been dismissed as mere speculation and clearly any suggestion of a breakdown in relationship between the boss and his players has not prevented his side from marching towards major triumphs.

Real Madrid are well placed to reach the Champions League semi-finals having defeated Cypriot side Apoel Nicosia 3-0 in the away leg of their Quarter Final and despite a shaky few weeks of domestic action Los Blancos are still six points clear at the top of La Liga.

Liverpool Plot to Sign Emmanuel Adebayor

Liverpool are reportedly looking to make a bid on Emmanuel Adebayor next summer as Kenny Dalglish looks to add his attacking field.

Since Tottenham appear reticent about meeting Adebayor’s wage demands and could be ready to pull out of any move to make their temporary move for the forward a permanent one.

The 28 year old former Arsenal man, Adebayor, had a decent first season at Man City following his £25m move from North London but the arrival of Mancini appeared to curtail the striker’s career at the club and last term he was loaned out to Real Madrid where he was a fairly effective attacking weapon when Jose Mourinho called upon his services.

Adebayor has impressed at White Hart Lane this season not just with his goal-scoring prowess but his ability to provide for his team-mates. The Man City man has netted 11 and assisted another 11 goals in 26 Premier League appearances thus far this term.

Muamba posts picture on Twitter

Fabrice Muamba has thanked fans for their support, as the first picture of the Bolton midfielder since his on-field collapse against Tottenham appeared on his Twitter feed.

The picture, which shows Muamba smiling in his hospital bed, was posted on the 23-year-old's behalf on his page on the social networking site.

The accompanying message read: "Fab wanted me to post this pic for you all and to also say thank you for such overwhelming support."

Online Gambling In Malaysia

Online Gambling has been a big business in Malaysia, despite the fact that it hosts a land-based Casino in the capital city. There are several reasons for this:

- Online Gambling offers not only Casino games, but also Sports Betting, Lottery, Poker and other gambling games.
- Payment has been made so easy and convenient, members can deposit and withdraw through Maybank, Public Bank and Hong Leong Bank.
- Betting online means that you can play anytime you what, as long as you have Internet Line and Computer (which is very common nowadays).
- You can bet on your mobile, so it's entertainment on the go.

So is it legitimate to gamble online in Malaysia? The question is neither Yes or No, I'd say it's grey area. Licensed betting website is allowed to offer betting products across the webs, meaning virtually no border, unless the government of the country decides to block that websites. So in fairness, your decision to join such website is your own, but the risk is virtually none. The online gambling has been there for ages, but no problems so far. I'd say it's safer compared to going to Kiosk or Internet cafes to bet like many Malaysians still do, because it's actually operated on Malaysian soil.

Another way to make your mind at ease with betting online is that choose a really good and reputable website. My suggestion to you, after years of experiences, is M88, a online betting website belongs to Group Mansion, which is located in Europe. Casino.com, a very big name in online world, actually belongs to this group. M88 is regulated and licensed by First Cagayan, Philippines and located in Makati City. This website offers welcome bonus up to USD200 for new member, along with various promotions for Malaysian members. They have 24/7 support in English, Chinese and other 5 languages, together with local payment through Maybank, Hong Leong Bank and Public Bank.

If you know Tottenham Hotspur, then you probably know Mansion, because they did Jersey sponsorship with the club, if I'm not mistaken, 2007-2010. Right after that, M88 becomes official betting partner with Manchester City FC. They did sponsorship with various events of ESPN Star, namely Tiger Street Football in Kuala Lumpur, Formula Drift Malaysia 2011, Guiness Nine Ball Tour and etc.

So you know that they are big, they have names in the market, and good relationship with various media brands. So it's better to choose this kind of website rather than a website that you have no information of and risk losing your hard-earned money. Do not be misled because some websites offer you a lot of bonuses, but will not payout when you win. So choose carefully.

Jose can succeed Fergie?

Manchester United legend Bryan Robson believes that Jose Mourinho has the right qualities to be able to pull of the "near impossible" job of taking over Sir Alex Ferguson.

Ferguson has spent 25 years with the club and achieved tremendous success, and is showing little sign of slowing down. Robson, therefore, doubts that the club is thinking about the identity of its next manager. However, the day will come when Fergie has to step down, and when the issue has to be dealt with, he's confident that Mourinho is the right candidate.

Speaking at the Soccerex forum in Manchester, the legend said: "As far as I'm concerned, and from what I know about Manchester United, they are not considering at the moment.

Jose Mourinho Sir Alex Ferguson"How do you replace Sir Alex Ferguson? It is near impossible. But they are going to have to do that and Mourinho is definitely one would be up at the top of list. His record speaks for itself."

Robson has been impressed with the work of Ferguson's assistants Mike Phelan and Rene Meulensteen and thought that they are good options too.

He said: "Whoever goes in there they will have their opinions and ideas, but because of the success United have  had over the last 20 years, you can't go in and rip everything apart and try to rebuild the way you think it should be.

"How can you do that after so much success? Why not Mike Phelan and Rene take over from Sir Alex Ferguson when he does decide to pack in."

Why Champions League Final El Clasico?

At least on Real Madrid's end, the opposition to a run to the Champions League final is not nearly as difficult as it could be.

They were the luckiest team of the draw for the last eight; a dominating Madrid side roundly thrashed minnows APOEL in Cyprus to a score of 3-0.

If and when Los Blancos advance, they face either a heavily slumping Marseille or Bayern Munich in the semifinals. Both are very beatable.

While Barcelona have a tougher task ahead of them in AC Milan, they definitely have the ability to take down Benfica or a Chelsea side that have slipped out of England's top four.
