The new two-wheel drive car emits 162 g/km CO2 and is only available with a manual gearbox, while the SST dual clutch gearbox is the automatic option on four-wheel drive cars.
The firm has also unveiled a new Juro version of the Lancer hatchback. Available with Mitsubishi’s 2.0-litre Di-D diesel engine, the Juro starts at £14,999.

The 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander UK pricing starts at GBP21,549 and reaches 29,199 GBP for the range topping GX4 2.2 DI-D 4WD SST model. “The 11MY Outlander derivatives detailed above restore a full range to Outlander, mirroring the range which proved so popular with customers in 2009 and early 2010.
The all-new Mitsubishi Outlander engine features outstanding driving performance as well as excellent environmental credentials, such as more power, lower CO2 levels, better mpg and lower VED tax bands with the range now starting at Band G. Mitsubishi will also be introducing a 2WD diesel Mitsubishi Outlander variant to the UK market to further underline its pursuit of lower CO2 emissions under its “Intelligent Motion” environmental sub-brand.
The "Mitsubishi Outlander" 11MY range will be available with two engines a 2.2 Di-D M/T Mitsubishi unit on the GX3 M/T variant and a 2.2 Di-D SST PSA unit.
